Retirement living with independence
Master-planned retirement communities, independent living apartments and seniors facilities that support people to live well for longer.

Aged Care & Retirement
Designed for the next generation of retirees
Baby Boomers are reaching retirement, and many choose to downsize to free up capital, cut maintenance and gain a lifestyle with services close by. Alongside the traditional village, there is a growing trend towards multi-storey, mixed-use developments that support independent living for longer.
At The Gardens on Lindfield, serviced apartments for independent living have helped the village make better use of scarce land. The apartments are fully wheelchair accessible, yet have the look and feel of open-market apartments.

What is driving change in retirement living?
Downsizing Baby Boomers who want to release capital, reduce maintenance and stay independent, which is driving demand for mixed-use, multi-storey seniors living.
