Designed to add land value
The Gold Coast is a relative youngster when it comes to multi-residential architecture, yet it has proven it can deliver a true fusion of styles that embrace sunny coastal conditions. Our own story starts with Paradise Centre in Surfers Paradise, at the time the largest multi-purpose project in Australia, combining retail, hospitality, commercial and multi-residential architecture.
We design to create increased land value, with a commercial appreciation of the financial feasibility, buildability and marketability of a property. On the Gold Coast we pioneered urban development models that move away from traditional resort styles towards the higher density solutions more often found in Sydney, Melbourne or Singapore.
Creating quality urban housing for a growing population, with high expectations of affordability, connectivity and lifestyle, is a challenge we have spearheaded through our Southport projects.

High-rise apartments
Towers such as Vue and Encore in Broadbeach, with ocean view corridors, landscaped podium decks and resort-style amenity.
Mid-rise and boutique apartments
Southport PDA projects such as Allegra, One33, Madison on High, 8 Norman and Outlook, each with rooftop amenity.
Entry-level and investor stock
Compact, affordable apartments suited to pre-sales, like Metro 88, which was conceived, delivered and sold out during the GFC.
Luxury residences and penthouses
Sprawling penthouses, pools, large living spaces and entertainment decks with high-end communal facilities, as at Brighton Grande.
Townhouses, duplexes and triplexes
From Fraser Cove Villas and Careel Close to duplex pairs on narrow Mermaid Beach lots.
Social and affordable housing

Do you design apartments for pre-sales?
Yes. We design compact, affordable entry-level apartments suited to pre-sales to investors, alongside cost-efficient parking solutions and rooftop amenity. Metro 88 in Southport was conceived, designed, delivered and sold out during the GFC.
Have you worked in the Southport Priority Development Area?
Yes. We were the first architects to have a project approved under the Southport PDA, and our Southport work includes Allegra, One33 Scarborough Street, Madison on High, 8 Norman, Outlook, Metro 88 and the Woodroffe Hotel.
Can you tell me what a site will yield before I buy it?

Yes. We have designed townhouse developments of up to 50 homes and many duplex and triplex projects across the Gold Coast, including narrow 405m² frontage sites in Mermaid Beach.
