Spanning 4 continents and a diverse range of practices, Nik has 20 years’ experience specialising in design and innovation in the hospitality and leisure sector, complex mixed use, commercial and high-density multi-residential projects, as well as landscape and urban design.

Alan Hayes

As one of the founders of the practice, Alan has had an extensive career designing some of the Gold Coast’s original high rises and iconic build landmarks. Throughout his career, he has worked on residential, commercial, education, high rise and multi-residential projects.

Francis Greeman

B. Architecture

Francis joins our team with a wealth of experience gained from her time at a large national practice, where she held the role of Studio Manager. Like many of our current team members, she brings both leadership and technical expertise to the table. Her deep knowledge of multi-residential and high-rise developments further strengthens our capabilities in delivering complex, large-scale projects.

With over 25 years experince within the construction and design industry, Robert’s invaluable wealth of knowledge and honed analytical skills ensure the highest standard of quality and efficiency is achieved across the office and within each project.

Aseel Al-Hasani

M. Arch / BA. Design

With a creative talent for translated the client’s vision into conceptual design, Aseel has solidified herself as an innovative designer who is effective in interpreting the client brief into design solutions. Her experience lies predominately within residential renovation and new build projects, however quickly growing within commercial sector as she advances towards a lead design role.

Nathan Winkle

B. Architecture

Nathan brings a diverse and uniquely valuable background to our practice. Alongside his architectural qual- ification, he has formal training in Film & Television and experience in marketing, giving him a strong eye for visual communication, storytelling and presentation.

Valentina Iglesia

M. Architecture, B. Architecture, Carpentry

Valentia brings a strong international background to our team, joining us from Argentina after spending the past year working in Cairns. She has delivered projects across the commercial, residential, institutional and hotel sectors, developing a well-rounded skill set and an adaptable design approach.

Mikayla Hawi

B. Design (Interior Architecture), Dip Business

Mikayla is an emerging interior designer who brings a fresh, contemporary design perspective supported by strong academic training. Recently completing her university degree, she has developed a solid grounding in spatial plan- ning, materiality, and user-centred design. While early in her professional career, Mikayla has already demonstrated an aptitude for thoughtful design solutions, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork.

Anna Cook

As the newest addition to the studio, Anna has flourished in her role as she becomes an integral asset to the team and keeping the office running efficently. Being the manager of a small practice requires a high level of communication, forward-thinking, and intepersonal relationships; all qualities Anna embodies.
