Good commercial architecture combines three things. It reflects the brand's identity, it is practical and functional for its use, and it gives customers an environment that encourages a welcoming, positive experience.
We also design for flexibility and room to expand, for a landmark presence that draws people in, and for green architecture practices that support an organisation's environmental standing. The design of a workplace has real effects on staff retention, morale, communication and profitability.

Do you design office fit-outs?
Yes. Office and tenancy fit-out is one of our listed capabilities, and our Gold Coast office projects include work for KPMG, EA Sports, Cardno, Michel Survey and Southern Cross Austereo.
Can you extend or upgrade an existing office building?
Yes. Our redevelopment of the 30-year-old Kaybank Plaza on Scarborough Street, Southport, adds two storeys and a seven-level extension, with new windows, air conditioning, electrics and data.
Do you design for energy efficiency?
Yes. At Scottsdale Offices, facade treatments vary with solar exposure, improving energy efficiency and giving the building a distinctive envelope.
