Possible, but not always easy
If you are a body corporate manager, a building owner or the owner of a unit or penthouse, modernising a multi-storey building does not have to be as stressful as you think. The key is a team experienced with large buildings, who ask the right questions and understand your aspirations.
There is no standard formula. It depends on the existing structure and what you want to achieve. These works are rarely cheap, but done well they add lasting value to the building and every apartment in it.
