Allegra is a stunning development positioned close to the Gold Coast’s Broadwater in Southport. As part of the local council’s identified Priority Development Area (PDA) for Southport, the project was designed to meet market conditions, integrating a combination of creative planning and efficient design. The design takes full advantage of the Broadwater views by creating a communal open roof terrace, equipped with entertaining facilities for all to use. Scarborough Street is enhanced by Allegra’s active frontages and new retail spaces that reinforce the continuing story of urban renewal in this part of the Gold Coast.
