Site yield and thus project viability were maximized by negotiation of relaxations in the Southport PDA. The project meets and exceeds clients expectation via a combination of efficient planning and creative design to provide differentiation in a crowded market. Landscape requirements are provided on a rooftop deck, enabling all residents to share the outstanding views.
